GOZORA is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to deliver a premium educational experience:
- Account & Profile Credentials: When you sign up, we collect your email address, full name, and avatar image.
- Google OAuth Data: If you register or authenticate using Google OAuth, Google shares your verified email address, full name, and profile photo link. We store this securely to automatically configure your student workspace.
- Payment Verification Data: For students choosing manual offline payment paths, we collect the transaction ID and your uploaded receipt screenshot proof. These are stored securely to verify tuition transfers.
- Telemetry & Progress tracking: We keep record of your active module syllabus completion checks, coursework lesson completion timestamps, and assignment files you choose to upload.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process and use your information strictly for the following purposes:
- To initialize and serve your customized Classroom OS workspace.
- To audit coursework assignments and verify tuition payments.
- To send transactional emails (such as enrollment receipts, onboarding directions, and batch feedback).
- To maintain system health, troubleshoot platform bugs, and log incident reports.
3. Data Security & Retention
Your data is stored securely in our database managed by Supabase, protected by rigorous Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Only authenticated owners and admins can access personal profile data or coursework submissions.
We perform regular, automated database backups securely stored in encrypted, administrative Google Drive cold repositories. We retain student data for the duration of the active cohort programs, allowing you to access earned course certificates and project archives at any time.
4. Cookies
We use secure, essential session cookies and storage tokens on your browser strictly to keep you signed in, persist active dashboard configurations, and ensure route authorization guards. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or request the absolute deletion of your personal account details, project uploads, and transactional history.
