1. Policy Overview
Tuition payments at GOZORA secure limited seats inside high-performance, mentor-led software development cohort batches. We maintain strict student ratios to deliver exceptional feedback loops. Because seats are extremely limited, we enforce a clear refund and cancellation timeline.
2. Refund Timeline & Eligibility
Eligibility for a tuition refund depends strictly on the timeframe of your cancellation request:
- Up to 7 Days BEFORE Cohort Kickoff: Eligible for a 100% full refund of the paid tuition fee.
- Within the First 7 Days of Cohort Start: Eligible for a 50% partial refund to cover operational seat reservation fees and initialized workspace setups.
- After Day 7 of the Cohort: No refunds are available as advanced learning modules, workspace assignments, and personalized mentor schedules are already fully active.
3. Batch Deferrals (Rescheduling)
If your schedule changes unexpectedly, we offer **free seat deferrals**. You can transfer your cohort enrollment to the next upcoming batch session:
- Deferral requests must be submitted *before the kickoff session* of your registered batch.
- A student is permitted a maximum of one (1) deferral per enrollment.
- Once deferred, the enrollment becomes non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund or Deferral
To cancel your enrollment or submit a deferral request, please send an official email from your registered account to **`payments@gozora.me`** containing:
- Your Registered Email Address
- Full Name
- Batch ID / Cohort Name
- Original Transaction ID / Reference Number
- Brief Reason for Withdrawal (Mandatory for feedback)
Refunds, once approved, will be processed and credited back to the original source payment method (UPI account or Debit/Credit card) within **5 to 7 business days** in compliance with standard bank processing times.
5. Coupon Code Purchases
Complementary enrollments claimed using promotional access keys, sponsorship coupon codes, or scholarship vouchers are **100% non-refundable** and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or transfers.
