1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GOZORA online cohort platform (available at gozora.me), including any associated subdomains, features, or dashboards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
GOZORA is an educational ecosystem providing project-based, mentor-guided, cohort-first software development training programs. Our services include accessing interactive dashboard curriculum, modules, lesson resources, project upload submissions, announcements, and peer code reviews.
3. Account Registration & Security
To participate in our cohort batches, you are required to register an account using your email address (supported by standard sign-up or verified Google OAuth). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration credentials and maintain the security of your account session. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Tuition, Payments & Coupon Codes
Access to our cohorts is subject to enrollment fees.
- Fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Manual payments (e.g. UPI receipt screenshots and transaction IDs) are reviewed by our billing team. Access is unlocked upon verification.
- Promo codes, access keys, or complementary coupon codes are single-use only and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
All payment disputes or receipt submissions queries should be directed to payments@gozora.me.
5. Student Code of Conduct & IP
As a student, you agree to build real applications and submit original proof-of-work. Plagiarism, copying project code templates without structural learning, or harassing cohort peers or mentors will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
Intellectual Property: You own all source code and files you create for your projects. GOZORA retains full ownership of our curriculum guides, slide assets, platform features, and educational content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. GOZORA does not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment, or error-free server operations. Under no circumstances shall GOZORA be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our cohorts.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
